CME Activity Management System (CAMS)

Welcome to the CME Activity Management System (CAMS)

Please create or log in to your account to submit attendance and manage your transcripts, to submit materials for approval of a CME activity, and/or to manage CME applications and activities. Activity coordinators and directors will use this site to manage all CME activity applications, including submitting the application and uploading supporting documents.

IMPORTANT CHANGES Effective December 1, 2021

ALL EXISTING USERS must reset their CAMS password - click the button to log in, then click the Forgot Password link and enter your CAMS registered email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset the password. You can then return to CAMS to log in. At your first log in, you will be asked to Authorize App, make sure to click the “Accept” button. If you get an email message to update your identity provider, please also click the link in that email.

EXISTING NetID USERS

  • NetID is no longer a log in option
  • Your NetID associated email address is your CAMS username
  • If you are not sure which email address your account is under, please check to see what email shows in the UArizona phonebook and try entering that email to reset your password (you will need access to that email account)
  • If you do not have access to your NetID associated email address or want to change your account to use a different email address, please contact our office at uofacme@email.arizona.edu and include your full name and what email address you want to use for your CAMS account
  • PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER ANOTHER ACCOUNT

COORDINATORS and ACTIVITY DIRECTORS important changes to the application system

  • Only the application owner can invite Collaborators (including inviting the activity director). If you do not see the “Add collaborator” button on the application home page, it is because you are not the application owner.
  • Collaborators MUST click on the green “Join” button in the email to accept the invite and get added to the application.
